TIBIA OR SHINBONE

 

It is one of the most important bones of our leg. It is the longest and it supports the weight of the body.

In October, in gym doing roller hockey I broke my tibia in two pieces. One in front and one behind.

I was in plaster to the groin a month and three weeks to the knee. Then the doctor told me that walked with crutches for three weeks.

I took many plates during treatment and at the end they advised me to rehab. As I do rhythmic gymnastics, said it would be the best rehabilitation.

Although cost me recover a year.

Today, do normal life, although I have been five months since the acccident.
