Hello we are Iosu and Peru. Our topic is the human body. And we upload one video of our muscles.

TIBIA OR SHINBONE

 

It is one of the most important bones of our leg. It is the longest and it supports the weight of the body.

In October, in gym doing roller hockey I broke my tibia in two pieces. One in front and one behind.

I was in plaster to the groin a month and three weeks to the knee. Then the doctor told me that walked with crutches for three weeks.

I took many plates during treatment and at the end they advised me to rehab. As I do rhythmic gymnastics, said it would be the best rehabilitation.

Although cost me recover a year.

Today, do normal life, although I have been five months since the acccident.

I´M VERY NERVOUS!!!!!!!!

Hello i´m Lierni and tomorrow I have a competition in IBARRA near Tolosa.Today we had a control and we did fairly good.I´m very nervous because the first competition we did in Bergara and we were fourths.We have trainings 3 days in the week.We are 5 in our group:Saioa, Maren, Itziar, Sonia and Me "Lierni"We train in Bergara but Saioa (my best friend ) we are from Antzuola.Last year we were the thirds in Gipuzkoa´s cometiton and in Euskadi´s competition fourths.The competiton is at half past ten, and we are the second ones.Wish me luck!!!! BYE-BYE!!!LIERNI
