MUSHROOMS!DELICIOUS!

   My fauvorite food are MUSHROOMS.
  Mushrooms comes from the BASQUE COUNTRY.
  The mushrooms prepared diferent tips:
 -Mushrooms omelet,mushrooms in sauce,mushrooms        scrambled...
   But I love mushrooms in sauce.
                               INGREDIENTS:
  30 g butter
  1 medium brown onion,finely chopped
  1 garlic clove,crushed
 200 swis brown mushrooms thinly sliced
 1/2 cup dry white wine
 300 ml pure cream
  but i don´t know how to prepare.
  For me  tastes salty.
