VOLCANO MAUNA LOA WITH MODELIG CLAY

We are with volcanoes matter and the highest volcano is Mauna Loa. Jon said that we had to do Mauna Loa with modeling clay.To do Mauna Loa Eugenio and Jon brought cardboard. Mauna Loa to do with cape,each cape has one  color and size.When we finish each cape and the size we put.We did in pairs.

FIRST LAURA SAID WE WERE GOING TO DO THE EXPERIMENT.

THEN SHE WROTE ON THE BLACKBOARD THE MATERIAL, WE USED FOR THE EXPERIMENT.WHEN WE WROTE THE MATERIAL, WE SARTDED WITH THE STEPS.THEN PREPARING THE ERUPTION AND FOR FINISH THE ERUPTION.ON FRIDAY, 16 th NOVEMBER WE STARDED PREPARING THE ERUPTION.THE MATERIAL THE SETPS AND MORE. IN THE AFTERNON WE DID THE EXPERIMENT. ALL THE MATERIAL AND EVERYTHING.IT WAS GREAT!!!!!!

VOLCANO CRAFT : MATERIAL

1. ALUMINIUM PAPER

2. VINEGAR (1/2 CUP)

3.A PLANE PLATE

4.LOTS OF OLD NEWPAPERS

5.BAKING SODA ( ABOUT 1-2 TABLESPOON)

6.A PLASTIC BOTLE

7.FUNNEL

8.MUD OR MODELING CLAY

10.A CUP

11.RED FOOD COLORING

12.A FEW DROPS OF LIQUID DISHWASHING DETERGENT.

                                   

                    STEPS-PREPARING THE VOLCANO

1.COVER THE TABLE WITH OLD NEWSPAPERS.

2.COVER THE PLANE PLATE  WITH ALUMINIUM PAPER.

3.PUT THE PLASTIC BOTTLE ON THE PLATE WITH OUT CAP.

4.USING MODELING CLAY OR MUD MAKE A VOLCANO AROUND THE BOTTLE.LEVE THE AREA AROUND TE TOP OF THE TOP OF THE BOTTLE OPEN , DON'T GET ANY CLAY INSIDE IT.

5.DECORATE THE VOLCANO  AS YOU WANT : GRASS, STICKS, ROCKS...

                                    PREPARING THE ERUPTION

1.PUT THE FUNNEL INTO THE BOTTLES MOUTH.

2.PUT 3OR4 TABLESPOON OF BAKING SODA INTO THE BOTTLE.

3.ADD HALF (1/2) CUP OF LIQUID DISHWASHING DETERGENT.

4.PUT ABOUT ONE -HALF OF A CUP OF VINEGAR AND ADD A FEW DROPS (3) OF  RED FOOD COLORING AND MIX. 

                                               THE ERUPTION

1. USING THE FUNEL POUR THE VINEGAR MIXTURE INTO THE BOTTLE.

2.THEN , QUICKLY REMOVE THE FUNEL

3. YOUR VOLCANO WILL ERUPT INMEDIATLY! WHEN THE VINEGAR REACTS WITH BAKING SODA, CARBON DIOXIDE GAS IS FORMES AND THEN BUBBLES PUSH THE "LAVA" OUT THE VOLCANO

4. BE PREPARED FOR A MESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ZUHATZA

Every year we go to a refuge ,and this year we went to Zuhatza. In Zuhatza we did different things for example water games.You can do activities for example; windsurf,optimist,pedalo,piraguism,oar and surf. The first day we had bad weather to do water games and the other three days good weather. For some people the food was bad for the others good. We had a great time there!! This year we are in 5th grade.We have a maters of volcanoes.The volcanoes mater is very interesting.The volcanoes are mountais with crater.In volcanoes mater we learn what is a crater, what is a volcano and more things.

first was Antzuola´s festival  and very well we had fun.Later in July, Lierni, Maren, Eneritz  and me went  to Bernedo´s summer camp. Very wrong spend.

First with my mother, father and brother I went to Bidart. I stayed in Antzuola with my friends.

I stayed in Antzuola and I went to Palencia, 2 weeks with friends.

BERLIN

Hello, we are Naroa and Lierni!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!! On friday, 28th september we went to Berlin.We went by 

air plane, first we went to Bilbo-Dusseldorf and Dusseldorf - Berlin and them we came to Berlin-Munich andde Munich-Bilbo.

We went to Berlin, because our fathers run the marathon, and we visited Berlin:

Branderburger door, the statue of Liberty, parlament, sea life, alexanderplatz and more.

FIRST AID

Ibai with 3 years old was doing a puzzel and suddenly he began moving. For this reason we did a video to learn how to help.

AIHERRA

Yesterday at 8:45 the bus was in Torresoroa,we arrived to Aiherra in 3 hours.
In Aiherra we had lunch and there we played games:Hand man,Basque pelota, Shell and Feel burnt.
We made groups of 4.

We had a great time!

SCULTURES WITH MUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First we saw the artist film.Then,we thought the artist won a lot of oscars.It was difficult to make an oscar with mud.Some people  did different scultures:cup,fossils,hat...when the mud got dry we colored with colors.

MY FAVORITE ANIMAL

Maren's favorite animal is a boar and Naroa's favorite animal is a dog. Naroa have six dogs in her house and Maren`s animal favorite live in Senda Viva or in the forest. 

                                                       Cats birth       
Two cats born in Laskurain April 30th . Their names are Yin and Yang. The mother´s name is Blaky and the father`s name is Yaje. Now we have 5 cats in total.

LAURA'S BIRTHDAY

Hello my name is Maren and in May 17th, 2012 Laura's birthday has been.
 Laura is our english teacher.
 Laura is 25 years old, I hope Laura has spent his birthday thoroughly!!!

HELLO WE ARE LIERNI AND SAIOA.
WE DID A CIRCUS ON FRIDAY4TH  MAY .

VERY FEW PEOPLE CAME TO SEE OUR CIRCUS.

BUT WE DID A CIRCUS. IN THE CIRCUS PARTICIPATED:

LIERNI, SAIOA, NAROA , MAREN AND IHART.
AFTER THE GAMES WE DANCED AND THEN THE FIRST THREE WINNERS WERE AWARDED TROPHYES.

THE FIRST WINNER WAS THE TROPHY AS A MUSHROOM.
 THE SECOND WINNER WON A SEAT AS A TROPHY.
AND  THE LAST ONE WAS A SHIT  LIKE A TROPHY.

THE END OF THE CIRCUS WAS WHEN WE THREW A CANDY TO THE PUBLIC.

ON SUNDAY IN FOOTBALL

My name is Peru. On Sunday I whent to play football against Urola.We did two groups whit Antzuola's footballers and two groups whit Urola's footballer. My group lost 11-7. I dont't know what did the other group.

Spending the day in Zarautz!!!

Hello, we are Eneritz and Ihart and we went to Zarautz with our friends.

We went  12 children and 8 mums.

We played on the beach and we got wet.

CINEMA

Hello!! this is cinema, our new matter. first, we watched  a  DVD  (Aupa etxebeste) and

then Jon  told  us to write  in  the notebook  the summary   of  the  film. Then   Jon  brought

a paper with two differences summaries. finally, Jon said to draw a film piece.

GRAZY RACE

Hello!!  we did  a  race  in  carnivals  and  the  name  of  the  race  is  Grazy  Race.  First  we  did  posters in the  place  for  each  one.Now  you  can see  the video  of  our  Grazy Race.

Lambs

Hello! We are Ekain and Ibai. This weekend (03/16/2012) one of our sheep has given birth to twin lambs, which look beautifull !

HARDLE

First Jon told us to go to the large room (Aretoa) in the large room we put a bench and then we put the Hardle. Then in pairs one of  us put in one side and pushed down and the other went up and then backwards.

CARNIVALS

IN CARNIVALS THE GIRLS DRESSED UP AS PREPPY AND BOYS DIFFERENT.
FIRST AT 14:30 WE WENT TO SCHOOL. THEN WE TOOK A PHOTO ALL TOGETHER IN THE SCHOOL. 
ALL CHILDREN PREPARED A DANCE , A VIDEO  OR PLAYS. WHEN THEY FINISHED WE DANCED "AI SE EU TE PEGO´" SONG. WE WENT  TO THE PLAY GROUND AND
THERE WE HAD CHOCOLATE AND BISCUITS AND AT 17:00 O´CLOCK THERE WERE CLOWNS.

TIME-LINE

First  Jon  brought  a  big  paper,  then  in  the  school  we  drew  a  time  line  on  it  with  years  and  inventions.  Then  we  sticked   photos and we showed  them  to our  family  and  friends.

WHEEL

Eugenio  brought us a carboard and  with the carboard we did a circle and we calculated the perimeter the diameter  and the radium. Then we showed to Jon.

In the note book we wrote what we did.  We  passed on A3 sheet of paper and then we showed to Jon.
